COUNTRY OF ORIGIN AND ECCN SAMPLE FORM

HTSUS# / ECCN#s Tariff / Export Controls

SPX requires that all suppliers provide SPX with the product’s known:

1) Harmonized Tariff Standard of the United States (HTSUS) import tariff number; or known export Schedule B Number

2) The Product Export Commodity Control Number (ECCN)

• For U.S., Canada and Mexico origin items, this is best done by the use of the NAFTA Certificate as denoted under NAFTA Section
• For all other origins, a general certificate of origin will suffice.
Provided is the form for general use (for NAFTA the forms are under NAFTA Section)
