Supplier Self-Audit Form
When a supplier self-audit form is requested by a Commodity Manager or the Supplier Quality Manager, a commodity-specific Supplier Qualification Audit Form will be sent to the supplier along with several additional documents.
The target commodity-specific Supplier Qualification Audit Forms completed or in the process of being developed are:
- Design Engineering Services
- Mechanical Manufacturing and Kitting
- Electronic Manufacturing and Kitting
- Technical Publications, Literature, Decals, and Printing
- Tool Design and/or Mold
- Plastic Manufacturing
- Packaging
- New Product Introduction (semi-off-the-shelf)
The completed document and any other supporting documentation should be electronically sent to the Commodity Manager or requester.
