RE: SPX Inbound Shipments Notice

This notice contains valuable information regarding inbound shipments to SPX Service Solutions OTC/Kent-Moore/Robinair/DES:
The United Parcel Service (UPS) shipping locations, as our supplier, should be using are:
- Owatonna, MN 55060
- Romeoville, IL 60446

All shipments between 0 and 150 lbs need to ship UPS Collect. Any freight that is added to our invoice will be short paid on that invoice.
A packing list must accompany all inbound shipments to SPX. If there is a multiple carton/box shipment, the packing list must be placed on the number one carton/box. It is imperative that you record the purchase order number and your supplier number on the address label and on the packing list. We have updated our LTL truck service Core Carrier Routing Guide. Please review this information, as it is effective immediately. Please remember that we require the SPX Purchase Order Number and your Supplier Number to be on all Bills of Lading (BOL). For complete inbound shipment requirements, please visit the website indicated above.
We have set up our logistics management program to optimize our inbounds shipments. As you can imagine, failure to comply with our program incurs additional costs at SPX. As a result, we are announcing a new Transportation Compliance Program. Details for this program can be found on the website indicated above. Failure to comply will result in an administration handling fee of $100 for each noncompliance.
Shipments of 16 skids or greater than 12,000 lbs need to be shipped as full truckloads. Please contact SPX Service Solutions Truckload Broker at 800-288-5176 to arrange equipment.
